Vampire Girl

 Okay, so this post isn't all about vampires, but Grace loves, loves, loves to wear her vampire teeth.  Then, she'll chase her brothers around the house.  She was wearing her vampire teeth last night at Walmart.  She scared the two kids in front of us in line with her nice smile.

 I love it when I can capture a smile on camera.  It seems like it's so hard to get it on film.

 Our library does a story time each week.  Right before Christmas, Santa always makes a stop.  Last year Grace was terrified of the whole Santa thing.  This year, she was excited.  It was all she talked about for weeks.

 She was excited that morning.  She was excited when Santa came out.  She was even excited when he walked by her and patted her head.  Not so excited when it was her turn to sit on his lap.  She wouldn't do it which is fine.  I just wish I would have known that before we waited in a long line.  She did agree to sit next to him (and no tears).

 They had the most beautiful tree in a side room at the library.  I think next year I should bring my family to take a picture in front of this tree.

 Here's Kade at his Christmas party with his buddy.  They made cute reindeers out of paper bags.

 We made gingerbread houses again this year.  The kids love making them.  We entered them into the gingerbread house contest at our ward Christmas party.  We won several awards (Kade was one of the judges).
